Getting in shape is an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. To keep after it one has to find what attracts and motivates them. I enjoy finding the fun in fitness, making it exciting and something that will keep me motivated and wanting more. Get your head out of the gym is the first step. There will be challenges along the path, however, overcoming challenges and accomplishing goals is addicting and something we will do together. Health and Fitness is a Lifestyle
Talia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2015 helping her clients reach their fitness goals. Talia is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A Corrective Exercise Specialist's greater understanding of the body and how it works has enabled Talia to help her clients overcome injuries and muscle dysfunctions. Talia has completed various Nutrition courses and is working to finalize her nutrition coaching certification to be able to offer her clients a holistic approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle.
